The member companies have successfully managed to run organized real estate brokerage /consulting firms in un-organized market over the years and have practiced ethical and corporate methods amongst the fellow consultants, thus making real estate consulting /brokerage business a reputable and respected business practice.
VRA was formed on 19th January 2009 and registered with office of Registrar of Societies, Vadodara, vide registration number Gujarat/2540/Vadodara and with office of Charity Commissioner vide registration number f/2223/Vadodara.
VRA has entered into agreement with NAR-INDIA (National Association of Realtors-India) - NAR, USA (National Association of Realtors USA) and ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations), thus bringing VRA on the national and international platform .
VRA website will be accessible by millions across the world through its membership with NAR-India (National Association of Realtors-India) - NAR( USA) and ICREA-International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (www.worldproperties.com).
Our members are called V-Realtor a term which incorporates the discipline we represent. Although composed principally of the Vadodara Realtor Association, the organization embraces all qualified real estate practitioners who are committed to achieving the ideals of our vision - “ ethical and professional”.
